- Website usage data — basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically to help us keep the site secure and working properly.
Our free quote request form is hosted by our scheduling/CRM provider, Jobber. When you submit a quote request, the information you enter is collected by Jobber on our behalf and shared with us to respond to your request.
Lighting Designer tool: if you upload a photo of your home to our interactive lighting simulator, that photo is processed entirely in your own browser to generate the design preview — it is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. If you choose to save or export your design, that file is saved to your own device or browser storage, not to us, unless you separately send it to us (for example, by attaching it to a quote request).
SMS / Text Messaging Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number to J&J Total Lighting Co., you may receive SMS text messages from us related to your quote request, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and — only if you separately opt in — promotional offers and seasonal lighting campaigns.
- Consent: Message frequency varies. You will never be enrolled in text marketing without taking an affirmative opt-in action (for example, checking a consent box or replying to confirm).
- Message and data rates may apply.
